The Utility Room has been fitted with handmade units made especially for us to a Neptune standard and imported from the UK. The floor tiling is travertine and the worktop is from Egyptian stone. The room contains the hot water tank for the northern end of the house and boiler. The room is heated by underfloor heating and enjoys Wi-Fi  and is cabled for internet. It contains a smart Samsung washing machine and separate smart Samsung dryer. There is a Merry Maid drying rack above a Next solid oak sideboard.
