Old restaurant

The old restaurant room of Les Remparts boasts inspirational views across the Dureze valley from the two large windows facing west provide plenty of natural light. A restaurant room until 2016, it has original oak beams, a grand fireplace and wood burning stove as well as two column radiators to create a relaxing and warm environment. There is a large remote controlled ceiling fan for hot summer days 

A spacious room of around 50m2 with a vaulted ceiling giving over 150m3 air volume, it is easily accessed via a flight of stairs from free secure parking.  It has a solid concrete floor and is located at the northern end of the house and extremely well insulated. 

The room is lit by both ceiling and wall lights and contains plenty of electrical sockets and USB points around its perimeter and is connected to the internet via cat6 ethernet connections and Wi-Fi.
